Fresh Tomato Chutney
This Tomato Chutney, or "Satini Pomme d'Amour" as we would call it in Mauritius, is an uncooked tomato chutney and is a refreshing choice to serve alongside savoury dishes. Much like our north american salsa in texture and flavour, it is made with fresh tomatoes, onions, herbs and refreshing dressing.
