Sweet & Tangy Mango Pickle
Green mango pickles are, more often than not, associated with indian cuisine, and almost every community has a recipe that includes their own secret “treasures” i.e.: ingredients!
This one here is a family recipe that was passed down to Malini from several generations and is a pickle that brings back truly delicious memories. It is incredibly unique in flavour because of the use of so many different aromatic spices, the sea salt, fresh garlic & ginger, the different chillies, peanuts and the sweet vinegar based tamarind syrup.
It is truly to die for and is nothing you would ever have had before! You’re in for a ABSOLUTELY sweet and tangy treat this week…
