• Mauritian Chinese Fried Noodles (with tofu) – FULL 16oz size
The noodles are prepared with pieces of marinated extra-firm tofu along with carrots, cabbage, chinese chives. All ingredients are combined in a wok and stir-fried in a specially prepared sauce made of mainly oyster sauce, chinese rice wine and dark mushroom soy sauce and a few other ingredients. The finished dish is often times drizzled with a garlicky chilli-vinegar dressing!
