Mango Chutney
“Satini mangue”, which translates as Mango Chutney in english, is widely used as an accompaniment to many Indian dishes. Chutneys in fact occupy a major role in East-Indian home cuisine and truthfully your meal will not be complete without a chutney or pickle of some sort on the side.
Mango Chutney is one of the most popular chutneys worldwide and is also very popular in Mauritius. It is made up of very few ingredients but when combined showcases an amazing exotic chutney.
