Curried Potato (Fricassé)
This particular potato curry side dish has always been a true favourite during family meals… at times even eaten all on its own as a main dish!
It is made with Potatoes, Onions, Curry Leaves, and a blend of aromatic spices, and cooked slowly allowing the potatoes to absorb all the amazing flavours.
