Vindaloo is a tangy (traditionally spicy) east-indian dish originating from Goa, India (with Portuguese influence) and is probably one of the more popular Indian dishes known by everyone worldwide!
The amazing Vindaloo flavours come from a unique combination of grilled and ground spices, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and kashmiri chillies.
You’re definitely in for a treat with this phenomenal dish on the menu this week and not to worry… we don’t make ours as fiery hot!! Oh and it’s pretty amazing with Saffron Rice!
