Our traditional Prawn curry (or Cari Crevette as we call it in Mauritian Creole) is made with Large Prawns, Onions, Tomatoes, Eggplant, Coriander and the many spices and ingredients including our own curry spice blend. It's an INCREDIBLE dish and we are thrilled to be able to offer this Fish Rougaille (aka. "Rougaille Poisson") to everyone here in NS!
This rougaille dish is typically eaten with rice or even fresh bread (amazing with a fresh french baguette), accompanied with different salads or sides. It's such a crowd-pleasing dish... so don't hesitate to invite a few friends over before ordering ...
